I am a female, sable American Pit Bull Terrier mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 5 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Sep 01, 2026.
Tibby is a pint-sized little bundle of joy and energy. She very much enjoys chewing so she'll need lots of toys for this like Nylabones, bully sticks, etc. In her previous home she was crate trained and would seek her crate out to rest during the day, so having a crate in her new home may help her to settle in. If you want a dog that cuddles then Tibby would be a great fit! She adores draping herself across her humans' laps and getting lots of belly rubs! She does not have any experience with kiddos, so may do best with kids that 8 and up. While she did live with dogs, the situation wasn't always successful. She would prefer to be the only dog in the home but may enjoy recreating with other dogs outside her home. Tibby is happy to have a good bone to chew one, a gentle hand to pet her, and a warm place to rest her head, could that be you?
