Age: The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jun 10, 2026.
Kiki’s story hasn’t been an easy one. This beautiful 3 year young Shepherd arrived at the shelter severely underweight, but you’d never know it from her attitude. Despite coming to us in rough shape, Kiki greets every day with a wagging tail, soft eyes, and an eagerness to make friends wherever she goes. She walks beautifully on leash, is a pro at "sit", enjoys exploring her surroundings, and checks in often with sweet eye contact along the way. Kiki is a toy enthusiast through and through (stuffed animals are her absolute favorite!) but she’ll happily play fetch with a tennis ball or engage in a game of tug. She enjoys structured play with her people and is easily redirected when her excitement gets the best of her. Right now, she’s a little extra enthusiastic about treats, which is understandable given how underweight she was when she arrived. As she continues to gain weight and settle into a routine, her manners around food are already improving.
