Meet Mama! This sweet, sensitive soul is a bit of a timid explorer who is currently navigating a lot of big feelings. She's definitely on the shy side and can be weary of new people, so she needs slow, patient introductions to help her feel safe and comfortable. Mama might be a little overwhelmed by the shelter environment, especially with loud noises, but beneath that initial shyness, she is an incredibly sweet girl who truly craves reassurance. When she feels safe, she'll lean in for gentle pets and comfort. She isn't much for toys or play just yet, as she's more focused on finding her confidence, but with the right person to offer positive reinforcement and gentle coaxing, she's sure to blossom. She's looking for a calm, patient home where she can take her time to settle in. Given her current fear levels, she would do best with experienced adults or a family with older teens who can respect her boundaries and help her build her trust. With time, love, and a steady, reassuring presence, this sweet girl will make a wonderful, loyal companion.
