4/26/26 - Behavior Evaluation - Dog was uncomfortable with leashing and handling, tense, ears pulled back, whale eyes. Handler was able to coax out of kennel with treats. When dog seen another dog in their kennel dog fixated gaze, growled and pulled towards other dog. Handler was unable to break the attention towards the others dogs, not with treats or body blocking the line of view. Dog is unsafe to pair.
