Dog was diagnosed with pannus on 7/18. This is a chronic eye condition that can lead to permanent blindness if untreated. Due to the behavior, medical staff unable to provide eye medication. Dog is already on behavior medication. Dog must be pulled before 8/1/25 at 5:00 p.m. or will be euthanized. Dog available for rescue only.
