Age: The shelter staff think I am about 11 years old.

I was lost but my owner has not found me.

He is appreciated here in the shelter by everyone who sees him, walks him and is taken out for the day. One even had this to say about him: “Toro is an absolute gentleman and completely surprised me that he is 11 years old because he is SO youthful. Not puppy energy but he does not act his age.
Toro was happy to see me when I went to collect him from ARC and easily jumped in my car. He was quick to give me kisses and then proceeded to roll around the back seat in glee. All he wants is attention, snacks, a car ride and some naps in between excitement.” So if you're ready to have a fun road trip buddy then Toro is your boy!
Toro’s adoption fee has been paid by a special friend of his. He is neutered and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing/microchip fee may apply.
