Alphonse is an adorably fluffy gentleman with a calm, confident vibe and just the right amount of playful curiosity. He walks beautifully on a leash without pulling and enjoys trotting around the play yard, happily making his own fun and exploring the world at his own pace.
This smart boy seems to have mastered the art of “sit” - sometimes he’ll offer it before you even ask, just in case you might be thinking about it! He’s mastered the command and is eager to show off his good manners.
Alphonse enjoys gentle pets and attention, but he’s not the clingy type. He’s perfectly content to hang out near you and then wander off to investigate something interesting on his own. Toys and treats don’t impress him much, but a peaceful stroll, a little affection, and room to explore are right up his alley. With his medium energy level, easy leash manners, and independent spirit, Alphonse could be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a dog who’s affectionate without needing constant entertainment.
