Description: My name is Cheerio.
I am a neutered male, yellow and white German Shepherd Dog mix.
I am a neutered male, yellow and white German Shepherd Dog mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 11 months old.
More Info: I was found in Medford and I have been at the shelter since Jul 16, 2026.
ENERGY LEVEL
High – I am a dog that will do best with an active person or family.
• I am still a bit of a puppy so I can be silly and bounce around.
• I would love to get up and go adventure with you!
SKILLS
• I've shown staff that I have basic training and know sit and lie down - basically a super genius!
• I already have very good focus for such a youngin, making me an excellent training candidate.
LEASH
• I get excited to go for walks and may pull while on leash, but I'm still learning!
MISCELLANEOUS
• I'm a VERY good boy - my favorite thing to do is just sit and smile at you!
• Snacks are a great way to make friends with me and teach me fun tricks.
• I really enjoy the company of my human friends - just being in your presence makes my whole day!
• Interested adopters are encouraged to research my breed before bringing me home.
• It is recommended that I meet any canine companions living in the home prior to being adopted.
• I can be vocal and may not be the best fit for apartment living.
• I take treats gently.
• Start your day off right with a healthy serving of Cheerios - sunshine in the form of a tail-wagging pup!
