She is a sweet, friendly girl who loves being close to her human friends and soaking up all the affection she can get. Dusty Rose is an official house-trained potty dog at the shelter, keeping her space clean and taking care of business outdoors right away. She has good leash manners, walking nicely on lead with just a touch of strength! When it comes to snacks, Dusty Rose has distinguished taste—she is selectively treat-motivated and skips standard biscuits in favor of delicious beef jerky treats! Outside in the yard, Dusty Rose is a curious sniffer who enjoys wandering around, checking out her surroundings, and taking in all the fresh air. She is a very affectionate, sweet-natured girl who loves gentle head and back scratches from her human friends. Dusty Rose is a wonderful, loving companion who will make a sweet and loyal addition to a forever family! If you would like to get to know her better outside of the shelter environment, ask staff about our foster programs to give Dusty Rose a well-deserved break from the kennel.
