More Info:
Zuzu came to the shelter as a stray on 9/13/25 and has truly blossomed in foster care into a confident, playful, and affectionate dog. She is house-trained, crate-trained, sleeps in bed, and knows several tricks including sit, paw, sit pretty, and holding a paw up. Zuzu does great with other dogs and enjoys interactive play, especially spending time in the yard and engaging with her canine friends.
She has a sweet, social personality and is eager to be involved in daily activities with her people. She continues to do well in her foster home and is thriving in a structured, loving environment.
While her first foster noted some nipping behavior around men, she has since gained confidence and is no longer showing signs of the fear or anxiety she initially displayed in the shelter (no men are currently in the home).
Zuzu would thrive in a home where she can continue building confidence, enjoy consistent love and attention, and stay engaged with both people and other dogs.
