The kittens from this litter are doing really well after a lot of special medical care, and extra attention from their foster family.
They have had symptoms of chronic upper respiratory infection (URI) while in the shelter. URIs are extremely common in cats and the vast majority of cats have been exposed to the viruses that cause these infections at some point in their life. Adopters should know that chronic URI cats symptoms may flare in times of stress, such as big changes at home. Most URIs will resolve with time and supportive care. Fortunately chronic URI like theirs is not contagious to other cats, and so they can be placed in home with other feline friends. Or you could adopt them with one of their wonderful siblings!
