I am a spayed female, white and black Pointer mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 10 weeks old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jun 26, 2026.
This litter of six puppies arrived at our shelter after being discovered under a house that had caught fire. Unfortunately, no mother dog was found on the premises. Upon arrival, the puppies were severely overheated, heavily infested with fleas, and extremely weak. It is remarkable that they all survived given the deplorable conditions in which they were found. Upon intake, the puppies received flea baths, their initial puppy distemper parvo vaccinations, their first bordetella vaccination, flea medication, and began a deworming regimen. Due to persistent intestinal parasites, a second type of dewormer was administered, and the puppies are now exhibiting typical behavior. Prospective adopters should note that continued vaccine care with their veterinarian will be necessary.
Our adoption hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. If you have other dogs or children in the household, a meet and greet with all family members is required.
