I appear to be a male, brown Pit Bull Terrier.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old.
Weight: I weigh approximately 43.40 lbs.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Oct 23, 2026.
I am currently at the shelter. If you are interested in meeting with me, please stop by Orange County Animal Services during open hours (no appointment is needed!). You can stop by from 10am to 6pm during the week or 10am to 5pm on Saturday.
I was surrendered to the shelter when my owner could no longer care for me. I am a sweet boy and I'm treat motivated. I tested positive for heartworms, and OCAS is treating me. Please consider giving me a loving home.
In North Carolina, it's unfortunately common to see many dogs that are infected with heartworms (they are transmitted by mosquito bites). Heartworm disease may cause severe lung disease, heart failure, or other organ damage in dogs. It's usually fatal if left untreated. Heartworm treatment is costly. With your support, OCAS can help more dogs with this disease - resulting in healthier dogs that are even more likely to get adopted. Please consider donating to our GoFundMe campaign.
