More Info: I have been at the shelter since Aug 04, 2026.
*This sweet, loving girl has come an incredibly long way since arriving at the shelter as a terrified stray who was too scared to even go outside.
*Today, she's still building confidence, and will thrive with an adopter who understands that progress comes through positive reinforcement and gentle encouragement.
*Harsh corrections and punishment only increase her anxiety, so she needs someone who understands that kindness is key.
* Leashes still make her nervous, but she's making progress every day and will need continued support as she gains confidence outdoors.
*Her favorite confidence booster? Other dogs! She absolutely loves canine friends and does wonderfully with them.
*She is also cat-friendly, typically offering a quick sniff before moving on. Though they are quite interesting.
*When it comes to toys, she is obsessed– especially with stuffies, though she tends to shred them, so supervision is recommended.
*Does well with tougher more durable toys but prefers her stuffies!
*Once she trusts you, she's a total snuggle bug who wants nothing more than to be by your side.
* Housebroken with routine
*Loud noises and sudden movements can still startle her, so she'd do best in a home with children 7+ or younger kids who are calm and respectful.
