Meet Kimber! Kimber came to us when her family’s housing situation changed, and she’s ready to settle into her next chapter.
Although Kimber still enjoys a good adventure, she’s a bit like someone who used to backpack but now prefers car camping. She’s happy to head out for a walk, take a trip to the beach, or explore with her people—but she’s equally happy lounging around the house and keeping tabs on everyone.
Her foster family describes her as a “perfect house guest.” She sleeps through the night, has lovely house manners, greets you in the morning with a wagging tail, and is perfectly content hanging out nearby while you work from home. She loves people, especially children, and enjoys meeting and spending time with polite canine friends. She even has a little quirk: when she hears a siren, she likes to join in with a howl!
Kimber is looking for a home without cats or other small animals, but give her some people to love, a comfy place to lounge, and regular adventures, and this wonderful girl will be right at home.
If you’d like to meet Kimber, give us a call or stop by the shelter Tuesday–Sunday, 11am–5pm!
