If you're looking for a cat who will fill your home with love, conversation, and endless affection, SERENADE may just be your perfect match!
This beautiful 5-year-old orange-and-white sweetheart is the total package: gentle, confident, curious, and incredibly loving. Serenade approaches life with quiet bravery and a cheerful spirit, always eager to see what's happening around her and make new friends along the way!
One of Serenade's favorite hobbies is receiving attention... and honestly, she's a bit of a professional at it! The moment you start petting her, she'll happily begin making biscuits in the air, kneading away with pure joy. Her name couldn't be more fitting, either. Sara is a vocal girl who isn't afraid to share her thoughts, especially when she's hoping for some extra attention or reminding you that mealtime is approaching. Whether she's greeting you when you walk into the room or chatting about her day, her sweet little voice is guaranteed to make you smile!
Serenade came to WCAS as part of a large hoarding situation, but you would never know it by meeting her today. Despite her difficult start, Sara has blossomed into a confident, affectionate companion, showing everyone just how resilient and adaptable cats can be! Now that she no longer has to worry about simply getting by, Serenade is free to enjoy what every cat deserves: safety, love, and plenty of attention.
Serenade previously spent time in a foster home with both dogs and cats and did well with her furry foster siblings, suggesting she may do well in a home with other animals as long as proper, slow introductions are performed! She is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and FIV/FeLV negative.
Simply put: Serenade is beautiful, affectionate, charming, and impossible not to adore! Please fill out an adoption application on our website - for any additional information or questions, please contact the shelter at wausharacoanimalshelter@gmail.com or (920) 279-9795.
