Periwinkle came to us when a concerned citizen saw her limping around their neighborhood. Since then, she has seen multiple vets and her personality has blossomed while being at NACC. She will need an amputation of one of her back legs to prevent further discomfort as she ages, but don't worry, Periwinkle has shown us that she can literally walk herself on a leash.
She is a one-year-old pitbull mix weighing in at 26lbs. She enjoys playing in the yard, a sweet treat, and of course, has lots of energy to burn. If you'd like to meet this sweet girl and learn more about her treatment plan, visit NACC Thursday-Tuesday 1:30-6pm!
