More Info: I have been at the shelter since Oct 18, 2026.
Say hello to River, a 5-month-old puppy who is ready to find his way to his forever home!
River originally found himself at another shelter after being surrendered as part of an unplanned litter. Now he’s with us, hoping his next stop will be the one that lasts a lifetime!
This energetic boy is full of puppy enthusiasm and isn’t afraid to let the world know it! River can be a bit vocal when he’s excited about life (and let’s be honest, at his age, that’s pretty often!). He’s outgoing, curious, and ready to jump into all the adventures the world has to offer.
But River isn’t just looking for any home. He’s looking for someone who understands that puppies are a work in progress! He’ll need an experienced owner who is ready to put in the time, patience, consistency, and positive training needed to help him grow into the very best version of himself. From learning his manners to mastering those important puppy skills, River is counting on his future family to help him succeed.
In return? You’ll get a fun-loving companion to share life’s adventures with and the chance to watch a young pup blossom into an amazing dog.
River has so much potential, and with the right person in his corner, we think he’s going to go places!
Are you ready to help River find his flow?
If you have the experience, commitment, and love to help this boy become the bestest dog on the block, River would love to meet you!
