Meet Cookie! She is a 2yr old spayed female Rottweiler/Lab Retriever mix that weighs 68lbs. She came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 6/18 as an owner surrender. Reason for surrender was due to health of the owner. Its clear to see how well she was cared for. Her fur is soft and shiny, and she was an indoor pup too. She gets along with children, dogs and cats. She loves to get out into the play yard and unleash her zoomies! She is a very beautiful, spunky, kind and affectionate girl. She loves to sit in my lap, give me hugs and kisses. She walks well on a leash, takes treats gently, knows the sit command and is housetrained. Its so very easy to see how a wonderful family companion she would make. She dreams of having her own loved ones, take her out for a walk, to play in a secured yard, yet back indoors to be close and cuddly. She is a treasure! Please come meet her.
