I am a female, brown and black Domestic Shorthair mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 1 month old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Sep 15, 2026.
Say hello to Miss Rubi! 2 years old, 9 pound, female, Domestic Shorthair. Rubi is a sweet, soft-natured girl. She warms up slowly, but curiously. Happy to sit nearby and enjoy the calm presence of her people. Once she feels safe, her affectionate side comes forward, leaning in for pets, and giving you headbutts of affection.
She’s easy to love, easy to live with, and ready to bring warmth to a home that appreciates her sweet spirit. If you need a new lovebug in the home, Rubi might be the cat for you.
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. The best way to get in touch with us is by email: info@secondchancespca.org. Due to the volume of calls, only the most urgent calls will be returned.
