Age: The shelter staff think I am about 6 years old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Oct 18, 2024.
Hi!
I am Cheetoes! I am a dark orange tabby guy!
I am hoping for a patient and loving home that will give me a chance! I do have heart disease and have a whole write up from my cardiologist; the good news is my condition is managed with some meds in the morning and afternoon and I easily take them with some churros. I also have a condition where my nails in my front paws are not exactly right, and they don't retract, and if they are not clipped every month, they will grow into my paw pads which is how I was rescued. A caretaker found me after my owner died and their son threw myself and the other cats outside in the winter. I did the best to survive and in the meantime my nails grew into my paw pads and I could barely walk. They were bloody and infected. But now I get regular nail trims, and I can walk and jump and do everything !
I like to play and love toys with cat nip! Sometimes I have a lot to say and can meow up a storm. I get along with other cats or would do great by myself. I look forward to my 2nd chance at a forever home!
