Meet Lucky, a young, sweet, and friendly 42-pound dog with a curious nature. He's always ready to explore, and his jumpy excitement can make walks an adventure as he tends to pull on the leash. Though not yet house trained, Lucky is confident and eager to learn and please humans. He does know the sit command. We haven't seen him interact with children or dogs but he loves all humans and seems very interested in meeting his shelter neighbors. His affectionate demeanor make him a perfect candidate for someone willing to invest in a bit of training. He's a cuddler and loves a good head scratch. He is very energetic and likes running, tugging, and toys - especially balls. Adopt Lucky and discover the joy of watching him grow into your loyal and loving companion. (tw 9/22/2026)
