More Info: I have been at the shelter since Nov 05, 2026.
Meet Connie! These adorable Shih Tzu sisters may have had a rough start, but they’re ready to turn the page and find loving homes of their own!
When these little ladies arrived at the shelter, they were absolutely filthy and in need of some TLC. After receiving medical care and a much-needed spa day, they’re looking and feeling so much better and are ready for fresh beginnings! Connie and Babs do not need to be adopted together, and each would love a family to call her own.
Puppyhood comes with a learning curve! Neither girl is housetrained yet, and they’re just beginning to learn how to walk on a leash. The outside world can feel a little overwhelming, and they may freeze when nervous. They’ll need gentle, patient adopters who are ready to help them build confidence and learn at their own pace.
Their new families should also be financially prepared for puppy expenses and committed to regular professional grooming to keep their coats healthy and beautiful. They may be able to live with another dog after a successful meet at the shelter.
Could you be the loving fresh start Connie or Babs deserves? If you are interested in adopting, please bring all household members/other dogs that may live in the house on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during our walk-in adoption hours of 12-4pm
