I am a male, black and white German Shepherd Dog mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 2 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Aug 13, 2025.
Racer has been waiting since August 2025.
For more than a year, he has watched people walk through the shelter. He’s watched other dogs leave with their new families. And every day, Racer wakes up in the same kennel, still waiting for someone to choose him.
A year is far too long for a dog to spend growing older in a shelter.
Racer doesn’t need anything extraordinary. He needs someone willing to give him the chance he’s been waiting so patiently for: a home, a person of his own, a comfortable place to sleep, and a life beyond the kennel walls.
Let’s make sure he doesn’t spend another year waiting.
