Meet Lilly!
Lilly is a super sweet, calm girl who is ready to find her perfect match! She's the kind of girl who appreciates the simple things in life, like enjoying some tasty snacks, getting outside to sniff around, and taking a little time to enjoy the world around her. Lilly has a gentle, easygoing personality that makes her such a lovely girl to spend time with, and now she's hoping to find a family who will give her the chance to settle in and enjoy the good life she deserves.
Lilly has done well in playgroup with other dogs, but she knows what she likes when it comes to canine friends! She would do best with a calm dog who is happy to coexist without constantly bothering her or being all up in her business. Lilly isn't looking for a wild and crazy playmate; she'd much rather have a friend who respects her space and lets her enjoy her day in peace. As always, a meet-and-greet is recommended if you have another dog at home to make sure everyone is a good fit.
Lilly does have a mass on her side that is scheduled to be removed on October 16th, and we are looking forward to getting that taken care of for her. In the meantime, this sweet girl is still waiting for someone to see her for the wonderful companion she could be. She deserves a home where she can relax, enjoy her favorite snacks, spend time outside, and finally have a family of her own.
If you're looking for a sweet, laid-back companion to share life's quieter moments with, Lilly might just be your girl! Come meet her at the Wayne County Dog Shelter and see if she's the missing piece your family has been looking for.
