Please help Kassidy! Kassidy is a sweet, cotton-ball-adjacent senior boy who's found himself at the shelter after his owner passed away. Kassidy is very sweet and loves people, but a loud and overwhelming kennel environment is not ideal for sensitive seniors. Kassidy needs a calm, quiet home where he can live out his retirement days in a peaceful place where he knows that he's safe, and he needs it soon. Please help get Kassidy out of the shelter and into a home! Read more about Kassidy below:
-16 years old & weighs 8 pounds
-Being a super senior, Kassidy has some health needs that can be further discussed with interested applicants.
-It's hard to tell if he is potty trained or not in a shelter environment
-Has co-existed around other dogs, would potentially do okay with another slow-moving, co-existing dog
-Would do okay with a cat that gives him space
-Suggested for older children age 10 & up or children that have an understanding of handling a fragile, sensitive senior dog
-Neutered, vaccinated & microchipped
Please note dog visits are by appointment to ensure staff and space availability so we can make the best match possible. Interested in meeting this dog? The first step is to fill out an adoption application on our website at: https://www.oahs.org/dog-adoption-process/ . Questions? E-mail dog@oahs.org or call (920) 424-2128 ext 108.
