Homer is a gorgeous 1-to-2-year-old mixed breed boy weighing a sturdy 85 lbs, with a whole lot of love and an even bigger heart! He is currently thriving in a foster home where his true personality is shining, and his foster parent absolutely adores him. Homer is a total couch potato with a hilarious twist: he is completely obsessed with watching TV! He locks in whenever the screen is on and will literally stare you down if you dare to press pause. He’s also convinced he’s the most handsome boy in the world and loves admiring himself in the mirror!This gentle giant is a stellar houseguest who is already fully potty trained and crate trained, taking to both routines super quickly. He was also a total superstar for bath time, showing absolutely zero fear of the water. While the big outside world and loud noises can still make him nervous, he is making massive strides! He recently conquered his fear of a very busy street intersection. His foster parent has discovered the secret to his bravery: if you constantly talk to him, tell him he's a good boy, and reassure him that "it's okay," he gathers up his courage to keep moving forward.If you’re looking for a sweet, entertaining, and deeply affectionate big boy to cheer on and watch your favorite shows with, Homer is ready to join your family!
