I am a male, black and tan German Shepherd Dog and Australian Shepherd.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 7 years old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Oct 13, 2026.
Meet Pops, a seven year old German Shepherd/Aussie mix weighing 70 pounds.
Pops is an all-around good boy who is ready to find a loving home to spend his golden years!
Pops came to us with another dog after their owner sadly passed away. Despite the big changes in his life, Pops has shown us what a wonderful companion he is. He's friendly, mellow, and loves being around people. This sweet gentleman is a people pleaser who seems happiest simply spending time with his humans.
Pops is entering his golden years with grace and has plenty of love left to give. If you're looking for a loyal, easygoing companion to share life's quieter moments with, Pops might just be your perfect match!
This pet is available for adoption on 10/16/2026 1:09 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-6854.
