Fritillary, affectionately known as Fritty, is a terrier mix with the perfect balance of playful energy and cuddle-loving charm. She enjoys running and playing outside, especially with smaller animal friends once she’s had a proper introduction. After a fun day of adventures, you’ll usually find her happily curled up in a soft bed, snuggled beneath a mountain of cozy blankets.
Fritty is fully house-trained and has a legendary love for food—earning her the nickname “The Food Bandit.” Whether it’s treats, mealtime, or a squeaky toy, she’s always ready for something fun.
While Fritty has so much love to give, she is naturally fearful and anxious around large animals, young children, unfamiliar places, loud noises, and even the mail carrier. Because of this, she would thrive in a calm, patient home with teenagers or adults and smaller pets. She needs a family that understands trust takes time and is willing to let her build confidence at her own pace.
Once Fritty feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality truly shines. She loves attention, gentle affection, and being close to her people. With patience, understanding, and plenty of blankets, Fritty will become a loyal and loving companion.
