Meet Bonito
This striking long-haired black beauty is ready to find the forever home he's been waiting for!
Bonito was originally adopted from us as a kitten, but sadly found himself abandoned and back in our care after his microchip led him home to Eastshore Humane Association. While his journey hasn't been easy, Bonito hasn't let that stop him from hoping for a family who will truly cherish him and give him the love he craves and deserves.
Born on *May 15, 2019*, Bonito is neutered, fully vetted, and more than ready to leave shelter life behind. He may not be a fan of being picked up, but don't let that fool you—this affectionate boy absolutely loves his people! In fact, he'll happily jump right into your lap when he's ready for cuddles, pets, and attention.
Bonito prefers to be the king of his castle and will need to be the **only pet in the home**. He loves soaking up all the affection for himself and isn't interested in sharing his humans with other furry friends.
If you're looking for a loyal companion with a big personality, a fluffy coat, and endless love to give, Bonito could be your perfect match.
