Have you ever dreamed of owning a pet bear? Well, here’s your chance!
Meet Pooh Bear, a whopping 103 pounds of fluffy, lovable dog who is sure to make an impression wherever he goes.
Pooh Bear has a pretty laid-back “I don’t care” attitude—unless you happen to have treats, of course! He enjoys leisurely trots around the yard while inspecting his territory, and with a dog this big, you probably won’t have to worry about strangers coming up to bother you on your walks!
When Pooh Bear first came to us, he was incredibly depressed and struggled to even eat. We imagine he was very bonded to his people, and the transition into the shelter was difficult for him. Thankfully, he has blossomed and become much more outgoing. While his intimidating size can be a little misleading, Pooh Bear has been hurt before and may need some time to trust a new person. We know he’ll be so much happier once he has a home and family of his own.
Pooh Bear is neutered and ready to go home today! His adoption fee is $50 and includes his neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip, deworming, and flea & tick preventative.
We do not offer holds, pre-adoptions, deposits, or applications. Adoptions are first-come, first-served while he is available.
