Meet Squid! ??
Squid is a 43lb, 1-year-old, Mountain Cur who came to us as a stray, and we're still getting to know his unique personality. So far, he's shown us that his favorite place to be is right by your side. Whether you're relaxing on the couch or taking a break after a busy day, Squid is happiest when he can simply lay next to you and enjoy your company.
He's been easygoing around the other dogs he's met and doesn't seem bothered by having canine neighbors. While toys and treats haven't caught his attention just yet, Squid is much more interested in spending quality time with his people.
As a young dog, Squid would thrive in an active home that can give him plenty of exercise, adventures, and opportunities to continue building his confidence.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves being close to his humans and is ready to start his next chapter, Squid might just be the perfect match.
We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only. If you are interested in adopting, please use the link below to fill out the application. Once we receive that back, then we can schedule you a meeting with the animal you are interested in.
