Meet Scarlett! ??
Scarlett is a 2-year-old, 52-pound German Shepherd mix who is still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. She came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about her history or how she feels about dogs, cats, or children.
New people and unfamiliar things can make Scarlett a little unsure. She is happiest when she can take things at her own pace and do her own thing. Treats are definitely one way to help win her over!
Scarlett will need a patient home that understands she may not be an instant social butterfly. With time, patience, and a little encouragement, we believe she has the potential to become more comfortable and confident.
She may just need someone willing to give her the time she deserves and show her that she is finally safe.
We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only. If you are interested in adopting, please use the link below to fill out the application. Once we receive that back, then we can schedule you a meeting with the animal you are interested in.
