I am a male, brindle and black Belgian Malinois mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 6 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Aug 26, 2026.
Taz is an amazing young Malinois mix with brains, energy, and a whole lot of personality! He loves walks, fetch, tug, toys, food puzzles, and showing off his playful side. He’s also dog-friendly and has already enjoyed some fun play with a canine buddy.
He’s still learning that new people and new experiences aren’t so scary. But with patience, trust, and positive reinforcement, Taz is making great progress and showing us what a fantastic dog he can be.
This smart, athletic boy has so much to offer and is ready to find someone who will appreciate all the wonderful things that make him a wonderful companion.
All animals at HSLM are under the constant, watchful care of our dedicated Animal Health and Behavior teams. To ensure every pet is ready for their forever home, an animal may be temporarily removed from our website at any time for observation, further testing, or behavior assessment should a concern arise. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the health and happiness of our animals!
