Meet Benji!
Benji is a quiet, sensitive young cat who likes to take in the world from a peaceful, elevated vantage point! While shelter life has been a bit overwhelming for him, he is an observant boy who is paying close attention to everything around him.
Benji prefers to watch friendly visitors from a comfortable distance while listening to soft, reassuring chatter. He is looking for a gentle, patient adopter who understands that shy cats need time, space, and a steady routine to feel secure. With a quiet environment and a kind soul to talk to him as he settles in, Benji will slowly learn that he is safe and ready to let his guard down!
All animals at HSLM are under the constant, watchful care of our dedicated Animal Health and Behavior teams. To ensure every pet is ready for their forever home, an animal may be temporarily removed from our website at any time for observation, further testing, or behavior assessment should a concern arise. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the health and happiness of our animals!
