Description: My name is Scotty 6-3-26.
I am a male, tan and white Golden Retriever mix.
I am a male, tan and white Golden Retriever mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 9 years old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jun 03, 2026.
Scotty is still fighting. ??
When Scotty arrived from ACS, he was severely underweight and had a wound on his neck. Today, he's in a loving medical foster, where he's receiving treatment for two tick-borne diseases.
Through it all, he's remained exactly who he's always been: a sweet Retriever mix who just wants to be loved.
At nearly 9 years old (DOB 10/23/17), Scotty is the oldest dog in our care. He's fought through neglect. He's fighting to heal.
Now we're fighting for something else: the forever home he deserves.
Because after everything he's overcome, we'd love to see Scotty spend his senior years exactly where he belongs: curled up beside someone who loves him as much as he'll love them.
?? All of our dogs/puppies are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm/Chagas-negative, and on Simparica Trio when they are adopted.
??? Visit us: Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday
? Time: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
?? Email: BAHShelter@yahoo.com for more info!
