Bio: If you're looking for a handsome sidekick with a heart of gold, Solo might just be the pup you're looking for! This house- and crate-trained gentleman is equal parts playful and independent. He enjoys a good swim, a comfy crate nap, and some one-on-one time with his favorite people. Like his Star Wars namesake Hans Solo, this pup has a cool exterior but is deeply loyal once he finds his crew.
One of Solo’s volunteer friends at the shelter said the following:
“Solo was easy to leash up in his kennel and not reactive to the noisy dogs in the kennels next to him. He walked easily over to the play yard. Once in the yard he was a relaxed, laid-back, affectionate guy! He is a snugglebug and as I sat in a chair, he climbed right up into my lap to give me kisses!! He intermittently explored that yard and checked in for attention and affection. He is a joyful, loveable pup!”
Solo shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. If you're ready to go on a galaxy-sized adventure (or just a nice walk), Solo is ready to be your co-pilot.
