Bio: Foodies know that delicious porcini mushrooms are prized for their savory umami flavor and ability to add a little extra “wow!” to many a dish. Our Porcini is known for being a brave pup who has undergone his own wonderful transformation and will surely make you say “wow!”
Porcini is a very special pup who has grown leaps and bounds since coming into the shelter! He has gone from a shy, scared pup to the bounciest, most affectionate fog you’ll meet!
Here’s what some of Porcini’s friends at the shelter have said:
“I had Porcini out in a play yard this morning- this pup is so sweet! He was super easy to leash up in his kennel, all wiggle butt and kisses. Once in the yard he loved playing with his kennel mate and checking in for snuggles and kisses. This pup is perfection!”
“I hadn't seen sweet Porcini in a while and when I went to his kennel he greeted me as his usual sweet, wiggly self! He was easy to leash up and once we got into the play yard he ran around and then came over to me for kisses and snuggles. He clamored to be up on my lap giving me kisses, and intermittently running around having tons of fun! He is such a fun pup!”
“Porcini is a friendly and super playful guy. I often take he and his kennelmate to a play yard and they are so fun to watch. Porcini is great with his buddy and also makes sure to get plenty of pets from me. Very nice dog!”
Porcini shares his kennel politely and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. If you’ve got room in your heart and home for a spectacular dog, come meet Porcini today!
