Age: The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since May 03, 2025 and am ready to go home today!

Bio: Whole milk, strawberry milk, oat milk, banana milk, soy milk, hemp milk, skim milk, coconut milk… our great grandparents would be shocked to see the numerous varieties of milk that you can find at any grocery store these days! One milk variety that was around when our grandparents were kids and will surely endure the test of time is chocolate milk! Well, we’d like to introduce you to a refreshingly sweet pup by the name of Chocomilk!
Chocomilk spent a couple of weeks in a foster home where he was a quiet houseguest, was perfectly house trained, and was well- behaved when left alone outside of a crate. He alternates between playing with toys and getting his beauty sleep in. His foster said that he’s very playful and loves toys, is food motivated, and learns quickly but that he loves to snuggle and is as sweet as the drink he’s named after!! Chocomilk is happy to fall asleep next to you or (as he prefers) right on top of your chest.
Chocomilk also went on a day trips and was described as sweet, calm and social. He also does great in the car!
“Chocomilk loves kids! He would be a great family dog. Loves cuddles and is very chill. He is also very gentle. Loves treats so much!”
Here’s what one of Chocomilk’s friends at the shelter said:
“Chocomilk was easy to leash. I took him to a play yard where he explored by sniffing. He was not reactive to dogs walking by. He has a nice “sit” and took treats gently. He enjoyed petting and is a nice, sweet boy!”
Chocomilk would like to meet any potential furry roommates to ensure a good fit before heading home. If you’re looking for a calorie-free daily sweet treat, come meet Chocomilk!
