Bio: We’d love to introduce you to a sweet and playful pup named Baby Girl! She’s hoping that you’ll meet her and then sing the The Black Keys song, “Babygirl,” which includes the lyrics:
“I'm so glad I found you
I just wanna put my arms around you
Tell you you're my Babygirl.”
Baby Girl was sadly abandoned by her former owner and was fostered for a couple of months. Her temporary foster family shared that she was affectionate, loves toys and was independent. She has many volunteer fans who love spending time with her and are rooting for her to find her furever home:
“Baby Girl is a spunky pup! She can often be seen trying to play with her kennelmate in their kennel. He's not too interested, but optimistic as she is, it doesn't stop her from trying! She is super happy anytime a volunteer comes to her kennel to take her out! Once in the play yard she loves to explore, go potty and just bop around! She loves to check in with a handler for pets and treats! She's a girl who is in love with life and would love to find a forever family to share it with!”
“Baby Girl is really friendly and wiggly whenever I take her out. Easy to leash as she’s sitting pretty in the kennel. She absolutely loves water and dances when the hose is out. So cute and goofy!”
Baby Girl shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit.
We’re pretty sure that if you come down and meet Baby Girl, you’ll be singing the last lyrics of the Black Keys song as you leave the shelter:
“Now that I got you here
I'm gonna keep you near
There ain't no living without you
You're all I wanna hold
Worth more to me than gold
You're what it all comes down to”
Come scoop up your Baby Girl today!
