Bio: Firefly was a quickly-cancelled TV show about the renegade crew of a transport spaceship named Serenity. While only eleven episodes aired, the show became such a cult favorite that a movie sequel was made, titled- yep, you guessed it- Serenity! Serenity was more than just a vessel- she is considered a character in her own right and a beloved icon among fans. Well, our Serenity is also a character in her own right and is building a fan base of her own here at the shelter!
Serenity is a beautiful young girl who lived in one home most of her life before being surrendered to the shelter. She did well with other large dogs in her former home and was reportedly house and crate trained. While she can be shy when meeting new people, she is playful and affectionate when she feels safe and loves to be close to her trusted humans.
Serenity shares her kennel with another PACC pup and seems to take comfort from her pal. When meeting other dogs in playgroup she’s been tolerant and independent.
The shelter has been overwhelming for Serenity, but she’s gained just a bit more confidence each and every day. She would love to find a quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace and bond with a new family. Please ask about Serenity today!
