Bio: Missy is a chunky lady with a heart as big as the junk in her trunk. This happy house hippo is super friendly and loves spending time with her volunteer friends at the shelter. She doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but she’d prefer to be spending time with a forever family of her own!
In her former home, Missy was reportedly house and crate trained, did well with other large dogs, enjoyed hiking, and liked car rides. Her former person described her as an affectionate couch potato who sticks to her people like glue.
Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said:
“Missy is the happiest girl who’s always smiling and showing off her pearly whites! She likes to hug people and, in a yard, she prefers cuddling. She’s a sweet pup!”
Missy shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been playful, social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d lie to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit and is looking for a home without small dogs or other small pets. Please ask to meet Missy today!!
