Bio: Trudee is a sweet gal with a serious face and a seriously sweet personality!! She’s goofy, silly and fun and is ready to head home with you today!
During stay in a foster home she did great with kiddos as young as four, was well- behaved when left home alone, was house trained and was described as a friendly, cuddly couch potato who loves to give kisses. Trudee was adopted in January 2026 but has found herself back on the search for a forever home.
Here’s what a few of her fans have said:
“This beautiful girl is all heart. She melts for couch snuggles, gentle kisses, and anyone willing to let her curl up by their side. If you’re looking for a dog who wants to love and be loved, she’s your girl. She’s kind and gentle with children of all ages and has such a sweet, patient nature. With slow, thoughtful introductions, she may do well with cats, too. She’s also house trained, respectful, and not destructive- she just wants to be near her family and make them proud. Around other dogs, she’s calm and non-reactive, but she’s happiest when she has her own space. With her perfect medium energy, she’ll gladly join you on walks or hikes, then cuddle up for a cozy nap. She’s still learning a few manners and tricks, and she’ll do best with a family who will continue gentle, positive guidance. She can be a little shy with loud noises, but with reassurance, she settles beautifully and shows her sweet, silly side. This lovable girl is the kind of dog who quietly works her way into your heart and stays there. She will make a wonderful, loyal addition to a loving family who cherishes snuggles, patience, and companionship.”
“When I approached Trudee’s kennel she was peacefully napping with her kennelmate. She was a tad cautious but easy to leash and walked nicely out of the kennel area with no reactivity to all the barking dogs. Trudee enjoyed exploring and sniffing in the play yard; she was independent at first, but became more playful and interested in me as time went on. She ended up on the bench next to me enjoying pets and even gave me a sweet kiss. She engaged in play with her kennel mate, took treats very gently, and is overall a very nice pup!”
“Trudee is a beautiful and friendly dog. Getting her out for her walk was easy- she was easy to leash and exited the kennel calmly. She is joyful and playful. We went to the play yard where she ran around and sniffed everything, checking in with me often and getting really excited when I played along with her. She is very affectionate and interactive with her person.”
Trudee shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. If you can give Trudee the life full of love that she deserves, ask to meet her today!!
