Bio: Classic Oreo cookies check all the boxes for a delicious treat- they’ve got a good snap and crunch, a creamy center, a satisfying chocolate flavor and they hold up perfectly when dunked in a cup of milk! Our pup Oreo also checks all the boxes when it comes to being a very good boy!
During a short foster stay Oreo slept near his foster person at night, was house trained, and was working on crate training. He loves to chase a ball and play tug o’ war. He was great on leash and loved to sniff his way through walks his foster described him as a cuddly, energetic goofball.
Here’s what one of Oreo’s friends at the shelter said:
“Oreo is very friendly and wiggly with a goofy, lab-like personality. He was excited to go for a walk but was fairly easy to leash. Once in the park we had to take our time to check out all the good smells, and he spent most of his walk with his nose to the ground. He'd stop and check in with me frequently though, and he enjoyed pets and was very affectionate. He's very treat motivated and would probably thrive with someone who can teach him some tricks- he does have a beautiful “sit”, and he's very eager to please! Overall Oreo is just a very joyful and easygoing dog who was a great companion today!!”
When meeting other dogs in playgroup Oreo has been social and playful. He’d like to meet any resident digs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Ask to meet Oreo today!
