Bio: Some people seem to have all the luck! Do you know the type? They win the raffle, the scratch-off lottery ticket, smile their way out of traffic tickets and get upgraded to first class on a packed plane flight. While most of us may not have that type of luck, we can still feel lucky because we have a safe home, loving family, and devoted pups to return to after a long day at work. Even if we’ve faced challenges in life, these simple pleasures can wash away the past and help us to be content today. Our senior pup, Lucky, is sure wishing for those simple pleasures in his life!
Despite his name, Lucky hasn’t had the most luck in life and found himself wandering Tucson’s streets. He’s overwhelmed in the shelter environment but enjoys going for long walks with his volunteer friends and is a nice walking partner.
Lucky is dreaming of a furever home with a kind, patient and savvy family who will give him time and space to decompress from the stress of the shelter environment. He’s been independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. If you’re looking to give a senior a second chance, come meet Lucky today!
