Bio: How do we love thee Homer, let us count the ways…We love your gorgeous two-toned eyes, your kissable muzzle, your rubbable tummy, and the way you plop onto your back for your friends! Homer’s friends go on and on about how much they love him:
“Homer is a world-class snuggler! He is so funny when he gets into a play yard! When I sit in a chair he LOVES to come over to me and snuggle in close for pets and body rubs! He will change his position so that he gets one side of his body massaged and then the other! Then he might plop onto the ground to get a little bit of a belly rub or reach up so that I can scritch his head and ears and he can give me gentle kisses! When you first meet him he may take just a moment to warm up, but once he knows you are cuddle buddy, he’s all in! He is also a good role model for his shy kennelmate, showing her that humans can be good friends!”
“Homer was a perfect gentleman when I met him this week. I was fixing his cone and it took me a loooong time and several tries, but he was patient. What a good boy! He’s easy to leash and not reactive to other dogs nearby. Homer gives charming eye contact with those beautiful eyes.”
Homer is on a special diet and is looking for a furever family or foster who will commit to helping him maintain his good health. He shares his kennel politely and has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He is the King of Cuddles, the Sultan of Snuggles, and he’s ready to meet you today!
