Details on leash training, crate training , litter box training and other training commands known: She gets very excited for her walk and pulls a little

Details on personal history, if known (how did he/she arrive at the shelter): Adopted as a puppy, found as a stray 6 years later

Describe activity level: mostly couch measuring specialist

Look into the animal’s eyes. What is he/she telling you? She might not be the brightest blockhead but she sure shows you she likes you with a twinkle in her eyes

What are the best adjectives to describe them? Baby is just happy moving from room to room laying in the kid’s beds, her bed, the other dogs beds but if they tell her they need space she is respectful. She never says no to a treat but stops short with veggies

What does the animal specifically DO that exemplifies those adjectives (ex. Maybe a good adjective for the dog is “loving”. You know that because he lays his head in your lap.)Leans in to your hand when you offer it and will sit on your feet. She is not a licker but will give small kisses for scratchies payment

What are the animal’s best qualities? Her existence is just so calm and gentle, she enjoys just being home and randomly gets the zoomies if a treat is yummy enough

What are your favorite things about him or her? Cute behaviors? She gobbles like a turkey when she is ready to come in from going potty or from sun bathing. She’s so gentle around my 2 year old, 3year old, 4 year old and 7 year old.

What is/are your favorite physical characteristic(s) of this of this animal? She’s a short, stocky pibble that has happily accepted her nickname MooMoo Cow.

What would the ideal home look like for him/her? With kids and a few confident but respectful dogs, small and medium is ok. She did get in a non-injury scuffle with our Pomeranian and Shitzu during mealtime so we now monitor bowls and remove any dropped food

Anything else that would make this animal stand out to an adopter? Baby is a gentle girl who will follow you around but is not clingy, ready to walk if she sees a leash but not demanding, a foodie but not pushy when she’s hungry. We friggin love her.

Any medical issues? Chronic ear infection

Any behavior issues? Food reactive with dogs who stand their ground
