Bio: Severus is a super sweet dog. He wants to be by his people. He is medical for neuroactivity and considered hospice. He left recently with a foster who believes he still has good quality of life.
Severus LOVES CHEESE!!!! Cheese is his jam. Meds, slightly wrapped in Cheese is fine - we are eating it.
Severus uses potty pads (I have the reusable/washable ones). He will let you know when he has to go!
He will stand on his hind legs when he thinks you are going to pick him up (and he wants to be picked up).
Severus is not a big fan of cats. When one of my cats 1st approached the pen - he immediately growled and snapped. That being said, I think he could learn to get along/co-exist with a cat or two - the longer he was with them the more leway he gave them.
The hardest part is the random tremors that will send him all over the place and it is difficult to keep him from hitting his head. I recommend a soft space for him to relax in when you are gone.
He would benefit from a lot of attention. If he had some sort of a very low doggie door he might go out to pee. It's just difficult for him to get out there.
