About:
What better way to gain some good karma than by helping a shelter dog in need?? Good news- our gal Karma would love to help you with your karma!! This girl is fun, active and energetic. She’s a perfect adventure buddy in the making! Here’s what one of her friends said about her after a pawjama party:

“Karma was super excited to play with us all day! She had tons of energy, but when it was time for bed she cuddled with us all night. The entire time we had her, she had a HUGE SMILE plastered on her face and her tail was wagging. I've never met a dog more cuddly, happy dog. She's ready to go to her forever home and get endless cuddles!!!”

Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said:

“Karma is a really fun girl! Bouncy and full of energy, I took she and her playmate to a play yard for some fresh air. Karma burned off some energy by exploring the yard and doing some zoomies and was very friendly and enthusiastic with me. She seems like a pup who will thrive in an active home and one where she’ll be given structure and boundaries. She seems to have an endless amount of zest for life and just needs to know where to put it! I worked with her a little bit on basic commands like sit, which she does know and will perform nicely when focused. Very sweet girl!”

Karma shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Ensure your good karma today- ask to meet Karma!!

Available for long term foster care (30+ days) or adoption through PACC.

Interested parties:
Must visit PACC before the COB Friday April 24rd, 2026 deadline to meet with a counselor who will review notes and introduce you to the dog to ensure that it’s a good fit. Some dogs may also require an introduction to any dogs they may potentially live with.

Home Management Plan
1. Bite History:
• Incident Details: Minor Bite - Karma accidentally grabbed the victim while playing with a toy resulting in a break in skin.
2. Recommend Dog Introduction:
• If you have other dogs in the home, we recommend arranging a controlled introduction prior to adoption to ensure compatibility and reduce stress for all pets.
• Reason: comes in hot to playgroup.
3. Dog Introduction Required With Small Dogs:
• Reason: Due to being rough and rowdy with larger dogs.
• Slow, Structured Introductions: Introductions must be gradual and carefully managed in neutral territory. Monitor all body language closely, and end sessions on a positive note.
• Muzzle Training: It is recommended to condition Karma to a comfortable basket muzzle before introductions. This provides safety and allows for positive experiences during early meetings.
• No Dog Parks: Karma should not attend dog parks or other uncontrolled environments. These settings can overwhelm or trigger negative interactions, making progress more difficult.
• Behaviors could improve with proper management and/or professional training.
