Bio: Roscoe is a handsome, happy meatball who came to PACC from a home with quite a few other dogs, passing through PACC’s Animal Restoration Kennel facility (ARK). He’s a friendly, carefree kind of guy who always has a big old grin on his face and loves to meet new people. Here’s what one volunteer said:
“Roscoe is really sweet and his tail is always wagging. I had him in a yard twice this week and he had fun running around, jumping in and out of the pool.”
Roscoe shares his kennel with another PACC pup and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. This boy is looking to live the good life form here on out- ask to meet him today!!
